Terms & Privacy
Last updated 15 August 2026. These terms cover icelium.xyz and the Icelium client.
Terms of Service
1. What you are buying. Icelium+ is a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Icelium client. Lifetime licences do not expire; monthly licences last 30 days from activation and can be extended by purchasing again.
2. One person, one licence. Your key binds to a single hardware ID. You may reset the HWID from your dashboard when you change machines. Sharing, reselling, leaking or publishing your key ends the licence without refund.
3. Server rules and bans. Icelium is a third-party modification. Many servers forbid modified clients. You alone decide where to use it, and you accept any server-side punishment that follows. A ban on any server is not grounds for a refund.
4. Refunds. If the loader cannot run on your system and support cannot resolve it within 48 hours of your first ticket, you get a full refund. Otherwise, because the product is delivered digitally and instantly, sales are final. Fraudulent chargebacks result in a permanent block.
5. Acceptable use. Do not reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute or rebrand the client. Do not use Icelium to attack, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to servers or other people's accounts, or to harass anyone.
6. Availability. Features, bypasses and supported Minecraft versions change over time as anti-cheats change. We do not guarantee that any specific module keeps working, and we do not guarantee that you will never be detected.
7. Liability. Icelium is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for account bans, lost ranks, lost cosmetics, data loss or any indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.
8. Termination. We may suspend an account for key sharing, chargeback fraud, abuse of staff, or attempts to compromise our services.
9. Changes. We may update these terms; material changes are announced in our Discord. Continued use means acceptance.
Privacy Policy
What we store. Your username, email address, a bcrypt hash of your password (never the password itself), your licence and order records, the hardware ID your key is bound to, and — if you provide it — your Discord user ID.
Security logs. When you log in we record the session's IP address and browser user-agent so you can be protected against session theft and so we can rate-limit abuse. These are kept with the session and removed when it expires.
Cookies. One cookie: an HTTP-only session cookie that keeps you logged in. No advertising or tracking cookies, no third-party analytics.
Discord. The member counter on our site reads only public server statistics from Discord's API. If you link your Discord ID, our bot uses it solely to assign your buyer role.
Sharing. We do not sell or share your data. Payment processing is handled by our payment provider — we receive only the confirmation and reference, never your card details.
Retention and deletion. Account data is kept while your account exists. To delete your account and its data, open a ticket in our Discord from the account you want removed; we action deletions within 30 days, keeping only what we must for fraud and chargeback records.
Your rights. If you are in the EU/EEA you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to processing. Contact us in Discord.
